My PURPOSE

Create my signature presence by making a difference, stimulating long lasting change and being inspired and inspirational.   I offer unique, high value, mastery client experience with positive creation and co-creation. I profoundly believe people have unlimited potentials and  today challenges are full of opportunities. I passionate about what I do, it gives me high energy and always puts smile on my face.

I provide unique, personalized and invaluable support to leaders on how to tackle wide scale of complex challenges and uncertainties of today’s global business market. I take pride in supporting my clients to accomplish their goals and become the author of their own success stories.

My PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS

I have a degree in Angragogy (adult education expert). I acquired my ACC credential  (see details of ACC) at International Coaching Federation (http://www.coachfederation.org/).  I have more than 18 years of experience in individual and team coaching in multinational organisations. I have supported senior executives, leadership team members, directors, high potential senior managers and managers, and worked with various teams with some of the most prestigious organisations in a variety of businesses in Hungary & Central-Eastern Europe. I work as a Transformation Catalyst and Leadership Expert in accordance with the Code of Ethics (ICF Code of Ethics) set by International Coaching Federation as a quality assurance.

I obtained my Diploma in Executive Coaching  from the Academy of Executive Coaching in UK. I am a Certified Professional Value and Behavioural Analyst and Consultant (CPVA and CPBA) by TTI Success Insights Central-Eastern Europe. I am also a 360 Degree and Behavioural Event Interview (BEI) Feedback Consultant.  I support executives to remain competitive in the market as Accredited Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Agility Profile™ (NAP™) as well by increasing their level of adaptability (change agility) and to be able to constantly renew themselves.

I was the President of the Hungarian Chapter of the International Coaching Federation for 2014, it has enriched my leadership experience by leading a non-profit organisation of 120 members. I also served the ICF Hungarian Chapter as a Vice President in 2013 and as a President of the Ethics Committee in 2015.
